1.About product returns and exchanges

We take great care in managing and shipping products, but in the unlikely event that there is a defective product (damaged, soiled, etc.), wrong product, or wrong quantity, we will exchange or return the product at our own shipping cost. 2.Is it possible to return and receive a refund in case of customer's convenience?

Returns and refunds are possible. Please submit a return request within 365 days of receiving the item. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot accept requests for more than 365 days. However, if it is due to the customer's circumstances, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. (If you return the item by cash on delivery, we will refund the amount minus the shipping fee.) If you ordered multiple items and would like to return one of them, the refund amount will be for only that item.

Customers are normally charged only one shipping charge (including returns), but in the case of a return or exchange due to the customer's circumstances (wrong size, wrong order, wrong image, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. . Please note that we will be responsible for return shipping, reshipping, and refund fees.

 

3.Refund method in case of return

Once the canceled/returned item arrives at our company, refunds will generally be made by bank transfer only. We will issue a refund within 7 business days after confirming the return. In addition, if the return is due to the customer's convenience, the transfer fee for the refund will be borne by the customer.

For customers who purchased with cash on delivery and then returned the product,

Refunds will be processed after the returned item arrives at our company.

We will contact you via email after receiving your return/exchange.

The amount will be transferred to your designated bank account in about one week.

*If you apply for a return and exchange at the same time, the refund will be processed after the replacement product is shipped.

If the replacement item is on backorder, the refund process may take longer than usual.

4.About exchange

As a general rule, we do not accept exchanges due to customer convenience. Thank you for your understanding.

 

5. Cases where returns are not possible

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases.

  • Events included in the characteristics of overseas products
  • Returns/exchanges due to customer's convenience (color, size, different from image, etc.)
  • Products that have been delivered for more than 365 days
  • Items that cannot be returned within 375 days of arrival
  • Items that show signs of wear, or that have been altered, washed, or cleaned
  • Products that have odors, dirt, or scratches left by the customer
  • Products without tags
  • Sale items/Lucky bag items
  • If the packaging bag is lost or discarded (if there is no round sticker QC number)
  • Items returned without prior notice
  • In case of buttons coming off, some dirt, fraying, wrinkles, discoloration, odor, etc. All products are new, but since we are selling at a low price and are willing to make a loss, there may be cases where this is unavoidable.

If the button comes off, please install it yourself except for the recessed type. If there is slight fraying, please cut it yourself.

Our products are delivered with simple inspection and simple packaging in order to give priority to affordable prices.

Since most of our products are purchased overseas, the quality of the sewing may be lower than general products sold in Japan.

Also, wrinkles are inevitable during transportation. Please understand the above contents before purchasing.

6.About cancellation

It is possible to cancel before shipping, but we will not accept cancellation requests after shipping.

Since we ship in large quantities, there may be a slight difference between the actual shipping time of your package and the shipping email automatically sent to you. The actual shipping time is based on the shipping record here. If you wish to cancel or change your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible.

Inventory quantities are usually unstable due to circumstances such as campaign periods, cancellations, and product changes, so in the unlikely event that an item you ordered is out of stock, average will contact you via email.

7. Precautions when returning goods
